Shipping policy
Order processing
We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2 pm AEST may roll over to the next business day.
Domestic Shipping

Shipping across Australia is via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days; metro areas often faster.

You’ll see live shipping rates at checkout.

Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

If surcharges apply (e.g. remote areas), they’ll be shown before you complete your order.
International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries with Australia Post.

Costs, estimated delivery times, and customs/import duties and taxes will show at checkout—these are the customer’s responsibility.

From 29 August 2025, U.S. Customs charge duties and taxes on most imports. We collect these at from you checkout so there's no surprise fees when your items arrive.

We use your destination country’s official rates to work this out, and everything is sent with the correct customs paperwork for a smooth delivery.
Local Pickup (on request)

You can select local pickup from Kyneton VIC 3444 at checkout. I will be in touch to arrange a suitable time to collect your item/s.
Shipping Labels & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Track your parcel via the courier’s website or your account page.

For any delivery issues, please contact us and we’ll happily assist.
Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can fix it.

We’ll work directly with the courier to resolve it.
Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.

After dispatch, requests will depend on the courier’s policies and your shipment’s status.
Unexpected Delays

Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to external factors (e.g., weather, peak periods). If that happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
