A NOTE FROM US
We hope you adore your new piece, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, please reach out before ordering as we love helping you choose what’s right for you.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Our items are generally small batch, handmade or limited edition which means we can’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to provide:
• Store credit (valid for 3 years)
• Exchange (if your size/item is in stock)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to lodge a return request.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping or provide a replacement at no extra charge. If something arrives faulty or not as described, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We will ask you to provide photos of the item so we can better understand what went wrong.
SALE ITEMS
Items marked as Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned unless faulty or as required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Final Sale products will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
AFTERPAY & ZIP PAY ORDERS
For full-priced Afterpay or Zip Pay purchases, you can request:
• Store credit
• Refund (if faulty or under ACL)
Please note: exchanges aren’t available on Afterpay or Zip Pay orders.
RETURN CONDITIONS
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (tags attached).
• Customers cover the return postage unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend tracked postage; we’re not liable for returns lost in transit.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@foke.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Parcel Collect: 1008327581, 113-117 Mollison Street, Kyneton 3444 Victoria Australia].
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

TIMEFRAME
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@foke.com.au.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept returns from our international customers within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we’ve covered your duties/taxes at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid), these will not be refunded if you return your order.
